DESIGN N BUILD

1. Conceptualize

It's a time to listen to your decoration dilemmas, learn more about your vision for the space, how it fits in with your lifestyle, etc. We will discuss what's working for you in each space and what's not. We will hone in on those areas you want to address for the scope of work we will embark upon.

2. Problem solving

Once we have narrowed down the problem, we then will provide our best and grandest ideas. These ideas may include best ways for space layout, addition of millwork & other architectural elements, in example: arts, furnishings, lightings, window covering and decoration pieces. We may also look at online resources to help you visualize what we have in mind.

3. Budget Discussion

The next step in interior design consultation is to discuss the budget. Most times clients do not know what their budget should be. So we will do a budget exercise; which includes a completed worksheet to help clients determine a good range to consider.

4. Time Planning

The final step in the design consultation is discussing how we work. We will go over possible challenges like delays, back orders, and damages. We will discuss on how we can solve them for you. We will also discuss the timeframe, and even go as far as establishing a loose timeline for your project, that we later firm up.

1. Consultation

Define your goals, objective, theme, concept, timeline, and budget for the project.

2. Conceptual Design Discussion

In depth discussion on the concept including theme, material, decorations, color scheme, area functions, layout, etc. Break down quotation roughly. 1st draft quotation that will be based on layout plan. Will be amend once design confirmed.

3. Design Development

A 3D model will be build based on outcome from conceptual design, mood board, and layout schematic as discussed in previous sections. Customers will be presented via a "walk through" of this 3D model. This phase took 2-4weeks at least. depends on site size.

4. Design Documentation

Design documentation will be proceeded once the designs are confirmed. Normally it will take another 2-4weeks too.

5. Design Close Out Presentation

This is a phase to summarize the design documentation. At this phase customer should start pay deposit for renovation and full payment for design fees.

6. Renovation Start

Renovation will start once all the designs & documentation process are done. In terms of timeframe, it's different for each project depends on size and requirements.
